Surgical Services
Surgical Services consists of the operating suites, endoscopy, procedure rooms, post anesthesia area, and outpatient surgery area. Many of our surgical procedures are done on an outpatient basis. Outpatient surgical services provide the full resources of our acute care hospital with the ability for the patient to return home on the same day of surgery.
Prior to the day of surgery, a preoperative consultation appointment will be made for you. This is when the anesthesia provider will discuss the anesthesia plan for your procedure. It is also when your medical history will be review, consent forms signed, additional lab work obtained, and written instructions specific to your surgery.
